Stellar Cell is committed to providing high-quality medical devices for skincare treatments. Our refund and returns policy vary based on the type of product purchased. Certain medical devices and consumables cannot be returned or refunded due to sanitary and regulatory considerations. If you have questions about the return eligibility of a specific product, please contact us before making a purchase.
Return and Exchange Eligibility
- If a product is returnable or exchangeable, electronic medical devices are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of purchase, while other eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
- Returns or exchanges must be pre-approved by Stellar Cell. Approval is at the sole discretion of Stellar Cell, and a return authorization must be obtained before shipping any product back.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all return requests.
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be coordinated through Stellar Cell.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
- Due to hygiene and regulatory restrictions, certain medical devices and consumables are not eligible for return or refund.
- Opened or used Class III medical devices, including but not limited to diode lasers and CO2 fractional lasers.
- Single-use or consumable products.
- Downloadable software and digital products.
- Gift cards.
- Any product that has been modified, damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a certain timeframe. Please note:
- Sale items are non-refundable.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank for additional details on processing times.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at stellarcell@outlook.com to obtain approval and further instructions.
Gifts
- If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return upon approval.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
- To return your product, mail it to the designated Stellar Cell’s premises.
- You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. If the return is approved, the refund amount will be issued minus the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
